1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using anything Pink Pony, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Pink Pony. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
"Pink Pony" in these Terms means all of it, together or on its own:
- the Pink Pony mods and clients: the Forge mod for Minecraft 1.8.9, and the Fabric client for newer versions of Minecraft;
- the Pink Pony launcher;
- the website at pinkponyclient.com;
- our Discord server and its bot.
"We" and "us" mean the Pink Pony development team.
Pink Pony adds quality-of-life features, custom menus, HUD tools and cosmetics. It is free to use with a free access code. Some extras cost money; Section 6 covers how that works.
2. Access codes and your accounts
- Getting a code. Pink Pony needs an access code. You get one from our Discord server, and it is linked to your Discord account.
- One code, one computer. Each code is personal and is locked to one computer (see Section 7). Don't share, sell, trade or give away your code.
- Resets and revokes. We may reset or revoke a code that has been shared, sold or abused.
- Your Microsoft and Minecraft sign-in. This stays on your computer, inside the Pink Pony launcher, encrypted by your operating system. We never see your Microsoft password. When you pick an account, the launcher hands the game a session for that account only, and that session is not saved anywhere else.
- Responsibility. You are responsible for what happens on your code and your accounts.
3. License
We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Pink Pony on your own computer, for personal, non-commercial play.
Pink Pony is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights to the code, names, artwork and designs that make it up. Anything not expressly granted here is reserved.
4. Fair play and server rules
Pink Pony has no aimbot, kill aura, auto-clicker or reach hacks. It must not be modified, or combined with other software, to add them.
Some of its features are ones many servers do not allow. These include:
- fullbright;
- freelook;
- lists of nearby players;
- the schematic printer;
- automatic helpers such as auto-fishing;
- on the 1.8.9 mod, the player radar, tracers, chams and inventory scan.
You are responsible for following the rules of every server you join. A feature that is allowed on one server may be banned on another, and some features may trigger anti-cheat. Check a server's rules first, and turn off anything it does not allow. We are not responsible for any warning, mute, kick or ban you receive.
Using Pink Pony to cheat where it is not allowed, to harass other players, to exploit bugs or to disrupt a server breaks these Terms.
5. What you can't do
Unless we give you written permission, you may not:
- re-upload, mirror or share the Pink Pony files anywhere except our official download channels;
- share, sell, trade or give away access codes;
- sell, rent or charge for access to Pink Pony, or bundle it into a paid product;
- decompile, modify or rebrand Pink Pony and pass it off as your own;
- remove or change any credits, names or notices in it;
- add malicious code, or distribute altered copies;
- get around the access code, attack our services, or send them automated traffic to overload them.
Only download Pink Pony from official sources: pinkponyclient.com, the Pink Pony launcher, and our Discord. Copies from anywhere else may be tampered with, and we can't help you if they are.
6. Payments and paid tiers
To buy anything, you must be at least 18, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you. A purchase made by someone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent may be reversed.
Paid options:
- Premium is a pass for one month at a time. It does not renew by itself and is never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Buying another month adds it to the time you have left. When it runs out, Premium features and Premium-only cosmetics stop until you buy more; anything you bought separately stays yours. It is tied to the access code and Discord account you bought it for. Premium given before September 25, 2026 without an end date keeps working with no end date.
- Cosmetics and bundles are one-time purchases, tied to the Minecraft name they are given to and shared with every Minecraft account you link to the same access code.
What paying gets you can include:
- new versions and features before the free tier gets them;
- versions of Pink Pony for newer Minecraft releases that may be for paid tiers only;
- exclusive cosmetics, and other extras described where you buy.
Paid tiers do not add combat features. What each tier includes may change over time; what is listed where you buy is what that purchase includes.
Purchases are made through our Discord (with staff) or a checkout we link from pinkponyclient.com.
Purchases are not transferable or shareable. They are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we agree to it. If a purchase isn't working, contact support before disputing the charge with your payment provider. A chargeback may cost you your paid extras and your access code.
Prices, what is on sale and how you can pay may change at any time. We are not responsible for fees charged by payment providers, for currency conversion, or for outages.
7. Privacy and your data
To run Pink Pony, we collect and store:
- Your access code and Discord account ID, to know whose code is whose and what they have bought.
- A hardware ID, which is a scrambled (hashed) value worked out from your computer, used to lock your code to one computer. It cannot be turned back into details about your computer.
- Your Minecraft usernames and account IDs. They are used for cosmetics and tags, and so friends can find you. When you play an account through the Pink Pony launcher, it links that account to your access code by asking Mojang to confirm you are signed in to it, so your cosmetics work on all of your accounts. Your Minecraft sign-in is sent only to Mojang, never to us.
- Your online status and the server you are on. Your Pink Pony friends can see these.
- The names of players on the same server as you. These are used to check which of them also use Pink Pony, so the client can show badges.
- Your friends list and friend requests, and on the 1.8.9 mod, your groups and the group chat messages you send through Pink Pony groups, so they can be delivered.
- The cosmetics you own and wear, and your purchase history.
- Fishing stats from the 1.8.9 mod. These appear, with your name, on the leaderboard inside the mod.
- Technical logs, including IP addresses. These are used to keep the service running and to rate-limit code checks, and are kept for a short time (about two days for code checks).
- What you send us in Discord, such as support tickets.
We don't collect your passwords or keystrokes. We don't collect your normal Minecraft chat: only messages you send through Pink Pony groups reach us. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Some things are only stored on your own computer: settings, HUD layouts, macros, keybinds and schematics (in your Minecraft or Pink Pony folder), and your Microsoft sign-ins (in the launcher). Deleting those files resets them.
We use service providers to run Pink Pony: Supabase (database and storage), Cloudflare (website), Discord, GitHub (launcher updates) and Microsoft/Mojang (sign-in and skins). Data is processed where those services run, which may be outside your country.
You can ask us to delete your data by opening a ticket in our Discord. We will delete it, except purchase records we need to keep. Deleting your data ends your access code.
Files you export and share, such as schematics or layouts, may contain your settings or in-game information. Only share them with people you trust.
8. Third parties
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft and follow the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines while using Pink Pony. Services like Microsoft, Discord, mod loaders and payment providers have their own terms, and those apply to you too.
9. No warranty and limits of liability
Pink Pony is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be bug-free, work with every setup, or stay compatible with other mods or servers.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using Pink Pony, or from being unable to use it. That includes:
- lost worlds or items;
- corrupted files;
- crashes;
- account penalties;
- bans on any server.
You use Pink Pony at your own risk, so back up anything you care about.
Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those places, these limits apply only as far as local law allows.
10. Termination, changes and contact
If you break these Terms, we can end your license and revoke your access code at any time. If that happens, you must stop using Pink Pony and delete all copies. You can also stop at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update, change or discontinue any part of Pink Pony without notice. We may also update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so in our Discord. Continuing to use Pink Pony after a change means you accept it.

11. Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of Pink Pony or your breach of these Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision straight away, we have not waived it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about Pink Pony, and they replace any earlier versions.
We may assign these Terms at any time. Your license is personal to you and can't be assigned or transferred. Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
